Back on the Rails
So I went back to PT today, after about a week off. We focused on mostly on stretches and working me back into the strength exercises. One of the benefits of spending the last week in the recliner? My hip and back muscles are EXCELLENT, no tightness or pain at all. If only there wasn't that "walking" thing, I'd be fine.
